We have always prided ourselves on providing a clean and safe facility for our guests and now we have gone to the next level!

We make a conscious effort to sanitize everything, including washing our floors and bathroom with bleach. Our employees are required to wash their hands and always wear gloves when serving food or drinks. We also have hand sanitizer available throughout our facility.

Most or our activities are geared for children 4 to 14 but we look forward to having children of all ages to come and enjoy our unique location. So, if your 4 or 44 please feel free to Play Big!

We are open for open play days Wednesdays, Thursdays and Fridays from 4pm to 7pm. We are also open on most school and national holidays. On weekends we have open play when we don’t have birthday parties. We recommend you book your slot online or call ahead to ensure we don’t have private event bookings when you are planning to come in.

Children under 4 are welcome to join us in our “Play little Zone” area. A safe place for little brother and sister to play at their own speed.

Due to allergy concerns and most of our customers love specialty cakes we do not provide cake with the parties. You welcome to bring any cake your child would love. Please also provide candles.

You are welcome to bring your ice cream cake and we will place it in our freezer till you need.

We have a full catering menu and try to accommodate wide variety of special needs such as gluten or vegetarian. If you prefer to bring food from outside there will be a $75 clean up fee. Please feel free to give us a call so we can work out the details.

Sorry but we do not allow soft drinks or juices to be brought in.

We have a full catering menu for special events and Birthday parties. Otherwise we have a variety of snacks available from chips, candy and fresh popped popcorn.

We don’t have admission fee. All attractions work off a card system and you can put on the card as much or as little you would like to play. The cards never expire and we do offer bonuses when you purchase a card for $25 or more.

There is a $50 from $2 cancellation fee. If you cancel the party with less than a 7 days notice, we will work with you to find another date and time to host your party or you will forfeit the full deposit. If you choose to reschedule your party and cancel at a later date you will forfeit the full deposit. Deposits are applied to the remaining balance at the end of the party.

Special Events: a non-refundable deposit is required to book a special event. If you cancel your event you will forfeit the full deposit.

If acts of God or Weather cause the facility to close, your party will be re-scheduled. No refunds will be given due to weather or acts of God.

At Play Big Zone our catering can accommodate a safe nut, and gluten free options along with a vegetarian selection. If your needs exceed our capabilities, we welcome you to bring your own food but there will be a $75.00 clean up fee.

We require a $200.00 deposit to reserve your party. The deposit is applied to the final bill at checkout at the end of your party. You can book a party any time online by clicking the BOOK A PARTY link at the top of the website.

Please feel free to call 7 days a week between 12pm and 8pm if we miss your call for any reason you will be calling you as soon as possible.

Each party gets a dedicated host, a dedicated partner and at least 2 more shared assistance at various attractions.

Gratuity are not included in the price and can be added at the time of you are closing the final bill. We will take care of splitting the amount you provide among all the staff who were involved in your party.

We usually call everyone 2 to 3 days before your party date for final details. You always welcome to call us if you have any questions or ready to finalize everything before we call you.
